You won't believe some of the questions I get asked. It seems I am supposed to know about every camcorder, every VCR, every PC in the world, local prices, where to get leads locally, why it worked last week and not this week, and so on. 99 out of every 100 questions have already been answered on these pages or in one of the manuals, or don't have enough information to even think about an answer.

I've also been asked a number of times - 

"My Studio disk is damaged/lost/wasn't supplied/has been eaten by the dog - can you send me a copy?".

The answer every time is NO, without exception, I will NOT pirate software nor waste my time and money on such requests: genuine cases can get the software from Pinnacle
